Receiving technical support instructions can be difficult in any language, especially in a language other than English. SentriLock Support Representatives can now conference in an interpreter on a call so that customers can receive the help our they need in the languages THEY prefer.
Simply call our support line and request that our Support Representative gets an interpreter on the line instantly. The service is provided at no cost. Additionally, the interpretation services are available during all normal support hours.
